Join Dani Affleck for a 4-week somatic movement course designed to help you feel better in your bodyโgently, mindfully, and with lasting results. Rooted in Hanna Somatics, this practice uses slow, intentional movement to address chronic tension, discomfort, and postural imbalances at their root: the nervous system.
Youโll learn to recognize and reverse sensory-motor amnesia, the loss of voluntary muscle control that occurs from repetitive stress, injury, or simply living in a fast-paced world. Using a technique called pandiculation, each session will help you unwind muscular patterns that keep your body stuck in cycles of pain or rigidity.
By the end of the course, you'll gain a toolkit for releasing tension, moving with more freedom, and building a healthier mind-body connectionโall without force, strain, or stretching.
No experience is needed. This course welcomes all bodies and is especially supportive for those managing chronic pain, limited mobility, or stress-related tension.
